Add a User Question into the Training Dataset (Agree with the bot prediction of intent)

For when you agree with the bot’s intent prediction, you can instantly take action to approve the question and improve the Bot.

How is this useful?

By accepting more user questions from the real world, you are expanding the Bot’s vocabulary to cover questions that are as representative of reality as possible, thus improving the Bot’s performance and relevancy.

Steps to add the question under the existing intent:If you agree with the bot’s prediction of the user question

  1. Click on the “accept” icon 
  2. When you toggle back to the “Example” tab, you will find your new user question added in the Examples table below.
  3. When you are done, always click “Save”, “Train” and “Publish” to publish your changes.
