How is this useful?

If you already have a neatly configured database with defined Intents and Examples, a mass upload will help you save time and also reduce human error while inputting data!

Steps for a bulk upload

  1. Prepare a csv file with 3 columns: Id, Question and Answer
  2. You can also download the template here
  3. Upload the csv file to the dashboard
  4. Click save for your FAQs to be uploaded
