Adding a New Intent/Topic
Learn how to add a new intent/topic to your virtual assistant FAQs.
To add a new topic, fill in the topic name at the ‘New Topic’ field.
Click on ‘+’ to add the new topic.
To add a new intent, type in the intent name in the new intent text box, and select the topic that you want to add the intent to from the dropdown list. You may select multiple topics.
Click on the ‘+’ button to add the intent with the topic(s) selected.
Alternatively, for an existing topic, you may add a new intent at the Topic View. Click the ‘Add Intent+’ button, fill in the intent name, and click on the tick to add the new intent.
