How is this useful?

Using GIF/Image makes your virtual assistant more lively, and is able to show the personality of it. This makes the user more likely to want to engage with the virtual assistant, and they will not feel like they are just talking to a bot.

How do I add a GIF/image to my content node?

  1. Ater a content node has been created, click on ‘+’, followed by ‘GIF/Image’. 
  2. Click on Add Image, and enter the URL of the GIF/image that you want to show. 
  3. Click on the tick on the header bar to save the content node.
